123apps Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by 123apps. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out herein.

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 123apps platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 123apps services. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

The 123apps platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. Users who have not reached this age are not permitted to register or use any services provided. 123apps reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

Section 2

Account Registration & Security

One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 123apps. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice. Promotions and bonuses obtained through multiple accounts may be voided.

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. Your full name, phone number, date of birth, and banking details must match your official identification documents. Providing false information may result in account closure and funds being frozen.

Password Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. 123apps will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Identity Verification

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will need to complete the identity verification (KYC) process. This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of current address. Failure to complete verification may result in delays to withdrawal processing.

Section 3

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

123apps users agree not to use this platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 123apps.
  • Attempting to manipulate, cheat, or exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming or payment systems in any way.
  • Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account.
  • Engaging in any activity that compromises the integrity of the games or the safety of other users on the platform.
  • Using funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits or conduct any transactions on the platform.
  • Posting or distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringes on the rights of any party.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of unused bonuses, and, where applicable, legal proceedings.

Payment & Transaction Information

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on 123apps are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods, including FPX bank transfers from major Malaysian banks and widely used e-wallets. 123apps does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly.

Processing Times

FPX deposits are typically processed within minutes upon confirmation from your bank. Withdrawals will be processed to the registered bank account linked to your 123apps account once identity verification is complete and all relevant conditions have been met. Withdrawal processing times may take between one and three business days, depending on your bank and the amount requested.

Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

123apps sets minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals, which may be revised from time to time. Current limits can be viewed in your account section. 123apps reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of violating its anti-money laundering (AML) policy or platform terms.

Fees & Charges

123apps does not charge hidden fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers or banks may impose their own charges, which are outside 123apps's control. Users are advised to review the terms of their payment provider.

Section 5

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

123apps Liability Limits

123apps is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to gaming losses, service interruptions, technical failures beyond the platform's control, or actions by third parties. 123apps's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

123apps reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, breach of terms, illegal activity, or security threats. In cases of closure for legitimate reasons on the user's part, any eligible balance will be returned following a review. Funds obtained in breach of these terms are not eligible for refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 123apps platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 123apps or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links

The 123apps platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 123apps is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at the user's own risk and subject to the terms of those respective sites.

Section 6

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

123apps reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or registered email at least seven days before taking effect, except in circumstances that require immediate action.

Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the 123apps platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the platform and may contact our support team to request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed mechanism or through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Users accessing the 123apps platform from outside Malaysia are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
